777 Land & Exotics LLC Ranch has been owned and operated by the Taylor Family since 1867.  We are located in the western part of San Saba county, in Richland Springs, Texas.  The ranch consists of 1200 acres, with about 11 tanks.  It is divided into 6 different pastures.

We have breeding programs for many different exotics.  We buy and sell exotics of any kinds.
